Gifted Studies Graduate Scholarship
The Centre for Gifted Education was established in 1988 to develop and deliver pre-service and in-service opportunities for teachers and other professionals working with gifted students. This award was established to assist students pursuing graduate study to improve the quality of instruction and support provided to individuals who are gifted and talented.

Eligibility Open to students registered full-time in the Curriculum and Learning specialization in the Educational Research program

The recipient will be involved in graduate study related to the education of gifted children and must hold a permanent teaching certificate in the Province of Alberta. The recipient must be a resident of Alberta. Selection will be based on academic merit.

Apply Students interested in the award should contact the Werklund School of Education. A recommendation will be forwarded to the Graduate Scholarship Office. The recommendation is subject to final approval of the Graduate Scholarship Committee.
