Richard Motyka Graduate Scholarship in Engineering
Richard Motyka possessed a passionate commitment to learning, innovation and technology and was a proud alumnus of the Schulich School of Engineering. This scholarship will help to ensure the success of the next generation of Engineers, and recognizes the importance of supporting students who have limited or no funding opportunities and for whom scholarship support will be critical to timely completion of their degree.

Eligibility Open to students registered full-time in the third year of a thesis-based master’s or fifth or sixth year of a doctoral program in the Schulich School of Engineering or Biomedical Engineering program.

Applicants must complete a statement of eligibility (approximately 400 words) describing how their research relates to the study of electrical or software engineering focusing on innovative biomedical/medical research and how the scholarship will support the timely completion of their degree.
