Terry and Sue White Doctoral Scholarship
Dr. Terry H. White was the 6th president and vice-chancellor of the University of Calgary. He completed his term on July 31, 2001 after several decades of exemplary service in senior administrative roles at the University of Alberta, Brock University, and culminating with five years as president of the University of Calgary. The achievements of the University of Calgary under his leadership included substantial increases in external research funding, the emergence of Post Degree Continuous Learning as a major theme, campus wide undergraduate curriculum redesign, the introduction of numerous innovative programs in research and education, and the construction of several buildings.

Eligibility Open to students registered full-time in a doctoral program in the Faculty of Graduate Studies. The scholarship will be awarded for excellent academic achievement.

To receive continued funding award holders must complete the Scholarship Progress Report from the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
